1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. 1kkbd accepts no liability for any fees charged by third-party payment providers. The current minimum deposit is ৳200 for all local mobile banking methods.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. 1kkbd does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing. 1kkbd reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals and withdrawals above a specified threshold.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

1kkbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to registered players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer and to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 1kkbd Bonuses:

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotional terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The rollover multiplier applicable to each Bonus is stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Contributing percentages for mixed-game wagering are stated in the specific promotional terms.
• 1kkbd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any Bonus found to have been claimed through fraudulent means, collusion, multiple accounts, or any form of exploitation of bonus terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1kkbd platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or table games.

1kkbd employs automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 1kkbd may freeze the affected account pending investigation. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will not be paid out and will be forfeited in full.
